Autoresponder Quit Working

I've got about 4 email accounts set up on my domain and autoresponders set for a couple. These worked fine for many months but I've just noticed that they've stopped working. Don't know when they stopped since traffic on these two accounts is very low. I just happened to notice this morning. I also have forwarders set up on these two as well.

 

The forwarded message comes to me almost instantaneously, but I've never gotten an autoresponse back to the account that sent the original email.

 

I've checked spam filters on my test end (yahoo domain) but can't find any indication that the auto responses were generated.

 

Any suggestions as to what I'm missing here? Any technical reason that these may have stopped working?

You may want to open ticket with the help desk.

 

The mods don't have access to the servers or your account info.

 

If they were working and you didn't change them they should still be working.
