Does anyone here know how to create an online "submission form" for my website?

 

If so, please help me.

You can also do a google search on "online forms" (or something similar) and come up with dozens of pages. I can PM you one that I would recommend if you wish (depending upon your particular needs). Just let me know.

The type of form that I would like to create is a Real Estate submission form with fields.

 

For example:

 

City & State, or Zip:

 

Price Range:

 

Beds:

 

Submit (button) etc.

Hi would you be kind enough to recommend the form builder you have in mind. I would like to create a form with the following fields:

First Name:

Last Name:

Valid Email:

Phone Number:

Message:

etc.
