The name of the site is: Northwest Writers 3. The description is: Buy and sell books by authors and writers from the Pacific Northwest. 4. The site is a resource for authors and writers from the Pacific Northwest. I don't think it has non-profit status, but the owner is a former writer whose goal is to help other writers, not to make money. I'd consider it to be more of a personal site than a commercial site, but she does charge money to list your book. 5. The link back to TCH is at the bottom of every page.
