Add-on Domain

Is there any disadvantages to using an add-on domain versus a seperate domain in terms of search engine optimization?

I will have to let someone else answer the original question but keep in mind that add-on domains would be a violation of the AUP unless you have a reseller account.

Thanks, I didn't realize TCH didn't allow add-on domains. It would be for my use only, I would not plan on sub-leasing it. The other host I use allows 3 I think for an extra $2.50 per

You can however have parked domains as long they point to same content.
