jhollin1138 Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 I'm not sure if this is the correct section but I have a question. In addition to my personal web site, TCH host's my company's web site also. I would like to include a "Confidentially" statement on all outgoing mail. Rather then going to each individual computer and adding it to a signature, is there an easy way to add it automatically to all outgoing mail? Quote
Madmanmcp Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 Hi Jim, since the signature would be a function of the email client used by the user, I don't think its possible. The email client would be different for each user, some would use Outlook or Outlook Express, some would use other programs or use the Web based programs. And you won't have access to users who access mail from home. Quote

Madmanmcp Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 Sorry but I don't think its possible...but wait for someone from TCH to give their answer. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 While I don't know if it is possible on a dedicated server to do something like this it is doubtful on a shared server since they all use the same smtp server to send mail. Quote
jhollin1138 Posted July 28, 2005 Author Posted July 28, 2005 I didn't think it was, I was hoping more then anything. Quote
