I'm not sure if this is the correct section but I have a question.

In addition to my personal web site, TCH host's my company's web site also. I would like to include a "Confidentially" statement on all outgoing mail. Rather then going to each individual computer and adding it to a signature, is there an easy way to add it automatically to all outgoing mail?

Hi Jim, since the signature would be a function of the email client used by the user, I don't think its possible. The email client would be different for each user, some would use Outlook or Outlook Express, some would use other programs or use the Web based programs. And you won't have access to users who access mail from home.

Yes, that is why I was hoping for some sort of solution on the mail server side. Somehow appending the email message.

While I don't know if it is possible on a dedicated server to do something like this it is doubtful on a shared server since they all use the same smtp server to send mail.
