simonwh Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Dear TCH, Firstoff, I'm writing about www.sixxle.com. It's my clients website. Suddenly this morning GMT +1, I get a "There is no website configured at this address." cPanel error? And when i try to go to a specific file on the server it's says not found. It worked fine this night, and now it suddenly doesn't? For me atleast, because another member of the company can browse it without problems? I was thinking that it could because you were working on SSL support, wich he requested for in a support ticket. But why is it working for my buddy then? How can that be? Thanks for your time. It's pretty urgent, since we are planning to launch this site tonight.
TCH-RobertM Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Hello Simon, First off please let me point out that the forums do not handle Help Desk related matters such as what you are asking for. You should submit a ticket with our help desk located Here Secondly, You submited a ticket (UTN-34063) requesting that we add an SSL certificate to that domain. When doing so I replied to your ticket with the following information Hello, As one of the first steps to installing an SSL certificate to your site we will need to move your site to a dedicated IP address. Your sites IP address will be:XXX-XX-XX-XX (Ip removed for post) Please note that your site may appear down for a time period due to the propagation of the new IP address. This is usually less then 24 hours but can take as long as 72 hour to fully propagate. Once the Propagation is complete we will update you to the status of the next step which is installing your Certificate. Thank you for choosing TotalChoice Hosting. Regards, Robert Mulhern, Support Manager TotalChoice Hosting, L.L.C Should you have any further questions Please submit a ticket or Reply to the ticket you already have opne regarding the SSL Certificate Process.
