Cesar Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 I do not have my User name nor password to enter the Control Panel menu of my web adress. I resetted the password which was supposed to arrive via e-mail some time ago, but it hasn´t arrived. What can I do? Where do I create my email account using the domain name I've just bought? Is it inside the Control Panel, because if it is, I can't get in! Quote

For the user name and password fields enter unknown You may also want to check your spam filters and junk folders on the email account you used to sign up with. Sometimes things get trapped without our knowledge. Quote
TCH-Don Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Welcome to the forums Cesar When you reset your password you should have entered Old Password: New Password: New Password (again): So the password is whatever you put in the New Password: Your account name is in your welcome e-mail If you have lost the welcome e-mail the help desk will get you setup. Then you can create e-mail accounts in cpanel. Quote
