bigshew Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 I have added a contact page for my site with a form using FormMail. The mailit.php has been uploaded to the server but when I try to paste <form action="mailit.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="form1"> into the actual form page, it totally messes up the table formatting. And when I can get it right and you hit the submit button, it gives me the following message: Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: connect_host Anybody have any ideas what I am doing wrong or how I can set up another form instead of what I am using? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 Formmail on the servers has been disabled for security reasons. You will have to install some other form processing script to handle your form. I would go to www.hotscripts.com and search for form processors. Quote
GroovyFish Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 Bigshew, Are you talking about Ultimate Form Mail Script? (I recall mailit.php being a file in that package). Sorry I cannot help, but wanted to suggest going to the forum on their site, I am sure that someone there will know the answer. Quote

I guess that's why it doesn't work. I really need a good form I can put on my site for feedback from visitors. Do you or anybody have any suggestions? Quote
stevevan Posted June 24, 2005 Posted June 24, 2005 bigshew...groovyfish is correct. "Mailit.php" is from the Ultimate Form Mail script. If you go to h*tp://www.surefirewebdesign.com/scripts/, there is a link towards the bottom of the page for their forum. I'm sure you'll find the answer there. At first glance, it appears that there might be something wrong with that particular file. Quote

UFM is acceptable to use here at TCH and their forum should be able to help you get it working. Quote
