Hello,

I just moved to TCH this week. I'm grateful for online support and these forums.

I've set up an email account in my domain. When I send a test email to see if the email gets through, I do not receive the mail (cannot view it in either the neomail, horde mail, or in the email acct I set up in Outlook 2002).

I thought maybe it was because HTML mail is not allowed. So, I sent a test that was plain text. Still did not get through.

Strange thing, a different user sent an email to the acct and I received the email.

I am able to send messages from the online web mail clients to other email addresses. However, it does not appear that I can send/receive messages from this account in Outlook 2002.

I suspect there is some dialog box somewhere I need to enable and I can't seem to figure it out.

The email account in question is: jazz@charisamartincairn.com

Any ideas you have would be appreciated.

Have you followed the instructions as posted on the TCH Help Web site? Click here to view them.

You will find specific info there for Outlook 2000/2002.

Let us know if you are still having trouble.

Yep, I did follow the instructions.

One thing I forgot to mention...

The one email that had been received by the jazz@charisamartincairn.com account is no longer in the inbox when viewed in neomail or horde mail. I have not set up a forwarder for that acct.
