Email Forwarding Help

Hello,

 

I set up my email address matt@matthewmeyer.net to forward to another email account in cpanel.

 

However, I after sending a bunch of test emails, I never recieved them in my other inbox. I checked the forward address and it was OK.

 

When I logged in to Squirrelmail, there were no messages at all. But Horde and NeoMail were able to show all of the test messages I sent.

 

So my questions are:

 

1. What am I doing wrong that the emails are not forwarding?

and

2. How come SquirrelMail has never been able to list my messages, while the other two webmail clients worked?

well I tried a forward and it worked in all three.

 

As it works for horde and neomail for you but not squirrel mail

I am lost.

I would say try a help desk ticket

giving them all the details of the forward and the account forwarded to.
