Search Keyphrases will tell you what phrases people were searching for if they came to your site from a search engine (such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc). So, for example, run a google search for "Aaron and Sarah", and the first result (at least when I do it) is my website (of course hosted by TCH), http://www.aaronandsarah.net/. And in turn, in awstats under keyprases, I would see "Aaron and Sarah". I hope that sufficiently answers your question.

I don't believe there's anything you can do yourself. When Google re-indexes your web site, it should update what it has in its index and eventually, the text that is no longer in your site will fall out of Google's cache. It may take some time for that to happen though.
