Where To Change Forum Time

My forum time is 2 hours off. I thought there used to be a place in "My Controls" and then "edit profile" there was a place to change the time zone. Now I can't find it. Can someone tell me where to do this?

Click on the "My Controls" link at the top of the forum page, then in the left column under "Options", click on the "Board Settings" link. Adjust the "base time zone" and "daylight saving time" options to display the correct time for your location.

I am checking the board settings.

 

The board time setting was off by 1 hour and has been corrected. You may need to adjust your personal settings as David mentioned.
