ocellnuri Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I have searched through Help, FAQs, and the forum, but no luck. I have signed up for a domain through TotalChoice, and I'd like to forward it to my current website while I get my new site built on the TotalChoice servers. I go into the My Account page on TotalChoice's domain site, and then go to Manage Domains, and then Forward Domains. I select my domain, I only have one, and then on the right fill out where I want it forwarded to, and I hit save changes. Then I get this message: "Reason: Insufficent credits to perform the operation." It says I don't have any credits: How do I get credits? And thanks in advance for entertaining this complete "newbie" question. Quote
ocellnuri Posted April 11, 2005 Author Posted April 11, 2005 Oh, I'm embarassed. The Help Desk pointed me to where you buy credits. The Domain Names tab, then "Forwarding & Masking" (in case someone searches the forum for this answer) Quote
DaemonLee Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 I believe if you already have a Hosting Package, and you wish to just "mirror" the site, you can ask the helpdesk to park it. Quote
