Guest stamm Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Well, I'm not sure if it's the right forum to post, but I've exhausted other methods. I signed up with TCH on Sunday 3/4/2005 - they billed my credit card, but I still haven't heard from them. Moreover, they are not answering my emails. Is this the way they normally handle their customers? I doubt if they are trying to cheat me - 4 bucks isn't worth it - but how am I supposed to act now? Any advice would be appreciated. Quote

When I first signed up, even though I used my ISP email addy, the welcome emails and whatnot went to my Bulk email box because it was filtered out. Once I added them to my address book they come to my inbox. Quote
