msb Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Hello, One of our mail users coonects through AOL Broadband in the UK and they are unable to send mail using through Outlook or any other program using SMTP. Could it be that AOL UK is blocking the port? Any assistance or workaround will be highly appreciated. Thanks, MSB Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Check out this thread Most likely you need to change the SMTP port to 26 in Outlook as well as turn on authentication using your email address and password. Quote
