TCH-Don Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 The best thing would be to open a helpdesk ticket at the link above with the billing department and they can let you know the date for renewal for your account. If you paid annually, the renewal should go through if your credit card info is up to date. Just ask billing for a link to update your info. Quote
