Problem Deleting Ftp Accounts

When I try to delete an FTP account I create with CPANEL, I get this error message.

 

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/monsoon/ftp/realdodelftp.html) you requested

Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report

this error to your webhost.

 

Any ideas on what can be causing this problem? I am on Server56.
