I am a bit worried because becoming a mother made me forget lot of detalis ;) i.e. l don't remember the mail used in the payment of my subscription to TCH, if it was the old one (no longer active) or the new one, the one in CPanel.... should l submit a ticket?

 

Moreover l would like to upgrade from Silver to Deluxe: who must l inform? Are there any "blackout" times if l change plan?

Hello Blackcat,

 

You would need to open a help desk ticket to take care of upgrading your account.

 

Provide them with as much information about your account and they will help you with your Email issue as well.
