As far as I can remember, I filled the registration form for the starter plan at February 16. later I received a mail confirming to me that the payment had been made successfully. If you used a free service like hotmail etc to sign up with, please check the junk/spam folder because these services tends to sort these welcome emails a little wrong. One second option is to submit a ticket to the help desk. If you use this option you can enter "unknown" for username and password. Quote
TCH-RobertM Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Hello Fmartin, First let me welcome you to the forums, Just as TCH-Thomas has stated you should have received a Welcome Email from TCH on this Email it would tell you that you would need to change your DNS settings to point to the TCH DNS settings on the email as well. If you do not have this information you can open up a Help desk ticket and give them the information about your Account. The Help Desk link is located at the top of this page.
