ecorse Posted February 5, 2005 Author Posted February 5, 2005 Sorry, intended to post this to the FTP + backend section - Tim Quote
TCH-Don Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 Tim what ftp client are you using/ and have you tried another ftp program to eliminate the possibility that your normal program has become corrupted. If another ftp program does not work, then you may want to open a help desk ticket to tech support to have them check things out. Moving for forum organization Quote
TCH-Andy Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 Tim, This is usually because you are not using Passive FTP (PASV). Make sure that is set, then hopefully it will be fine. Quote

JonnyFunFun Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 I was having the same problem too. Enabling Passive FTP fixed it. Nice, simple, and quick solution to the problem. Quote
