Outlook Can't Connect To Pop3

My site is off of server 17. I've been trying to retrieve my email via outlook as I've done in the past, but the last few days it has errored out on me.

 

The error message I'm getting is:

The POP3 Server name you specified cannot be found. Please check the name and try again.

 

I'm pretty sure it's not outlook here. Because I had similar problems with another email client.

 

 

I can telnet to port 26, but not 25. But even setting outlook to get POP at 25 doesn't seem to work.

 

Any suggestions?

I also can't seem to hit port 110. Have the ports been closed?

Those services should be working. You should open a helpdesk ticket whenever you encounter an issue like this so the techs can look in to it.
