Forum Administration Panel?

i just install bb using site control panel.

now i could login as administrator and can see link

'go to administration panel' below but when click on this link

got prompt 'Please enter your username and password to login'

over and over again. i use same login and pass as in site control

panel but it don't work. then i change pass - no effects too.

 

any suggestions?

 

also - if i want to fully remove bb and try to instal it again - is it

good just remove all files in my forum's dir by ftp or there is

more advanced way?
