Cpanel And Xp

When I open "My Computer/Documents and Settings" file in XP I get pop up asking if I want to log on to my TCH web site. Pops up only closes after three "Cancels".

 

TCH support says this is software problem and therefore not their concern.

 

Any ideas?

I Use Windows XP and Cpanel with no problems at all, I have tried to duplicate what your seeing and cannot. Can you provide a little more information.

 

Are you trying to access CPANEL ? From your post I would asume NOT..

when you set up your Cpanel did you tell it to store your password when you logged in ?

 

any additional info might allow someone else to help you out as well.

Not exactly sure what you are seeing and will need more information. What are you using to "open" My Computer/Documents and Settings? Is it Windows Explorer or a program? Can you give us step by steps of what you do to get there.

Can you give us a screen capture of the popup so we can see what you are seeing?
