Cpanel Login Help

Hello,

 

I hope someone can help me. I just regristered my domain name and signed up with totalhosting 4 days ago. Im trying to get into my /cpanel but its not letting me log in. Ive tried to log in two different ways. 1) /cpanel 2) :2082 and .com but neither method works. I know my user name and password are good because I just logged into my account manager. I emailed help but they haven't gotten back to me. Any body know the answer to this dilemma?
