so i've been in the tch family for one year now (or in 5 days i will be).. i've been getting emails about renewing my domain, but not my hosting plan.. i've just manually renewed my domain, but how do i renew my hosting plan?

 

please help! i've been trying to find the answer for this, but i've had no luck..
