sylviat Posted December 30, 2004 Posted December 30, 2004 I thought I set up e-mail to forward to my isp account, including all mail to an address for which no account has been set up (e.g., "whoever"@mydomain.org). I am only able to receive and retrieve e-mail directly from an account specifically set up. And mail is not being forwarded. I can live with this and set up outlook to regularly check multiple accounts but I wonder if I am missing something - (besides all of those test messages that don't show up anywhere and don't bounce back either). I do like all of the options available on the TC interface but... so there is so much to learn! Quote
TCH-Don Posted December 30, 2004 Posted December 30, 2004 I am sorry I am not sure what you are asking, the part where you are forwarding to your isp e-mail account? if you are using your cpanel account name as a catchall address and check it with your e-mail program, you should see anything@yourdomain unless it is sent to another account you created Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted December 30, 2004 Posted December 30, 2004 Welcome to the family! To set up a forward you have to have enter an email address you want to forward. If you want all mail directed whether or not an email address exists (I don't recommend) you should be able to go into the "Default Address" and change the :fail: to the email address you want all that mail to go to. Also moving for organization. Quote
