Sqlyog And Mysql

I have been looking into some other softwares/scripts that I could use to update my MySQL database besides phpmyadmin that is with the cpanel. I have came across sqlyog which connects into the database, but seems that I am unable to be smart enough to figure it out. First of all, is it possible to use something like sqlyog to connect to the database? If so, what do I need as for information.

 

The connection looks as follow

 

database name:

 

password:

 

address of database:

 

port:

 

for example if my database was name timeoff and pass word was gettimeoff and my cpanel username was funtime.

 

I am a little confuse on the address they script is looking for the address. I understand about 'localhost', but what else info that I need to help the script point in the right direction.
