CleverName Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 Hello, I convinced a friend to move his hosting to TCH ( Thumbs Up ) and he signed up with the domain name he was using. However, the actual company he hosted with registered the domain name and will not allow him to take it elsewhere. So, he's going to get a new domain name but my question is this: What does he need to do since he has already signed up and his account lists the old domain name? It's probably just a simple help ticket request, but I want to make sure... Thanks, -CN Quote
