Hello, I convinced a friend to move his hosting to TCH ( Thumbs Up ) and he signed up with the domain name he was using. However, the actual company he hosted with registered the domain name and will not allow him to take it elsewhere. So, he's going to get a new domain name but my question is this: What does he need to do since he has already signed up and his account lists the old domain name? It's probably just a simple help ticket request, but I want to make sure... Thanks, -CN

Hello, I have been able to edit the title and logo in the header for my PHPBB board but cannot figure out where I need to edit the following: Underneath the time and date information, it reads '****** forum index'. Hello, I am already a member of the TCH Family but have registered an additional domain that I need to get hosting for and I have a couple of questions regarding this: 1--With hosting for a new domain, would it use my existing user account or would a new one be created for the new domain? I am hoping the latter as I will be getting some assistance with managing the new domain and would prefer not to provide the logon information for my business domain site (the site that I currently host at TCH) if at all possible. 2--How exactly does the password protect feature work? This new site needs to be password protected--is that possible with a single logon granting access to the entire site and not just a portion of it? Also, can it be one user name and password allowing access instead of setting up multiple ones? 3--Will it be invoiced in conjunction with my current domain or separately? Hello, Quick question about disk space for email... How much space do you get for email storage say for the starter and silver plans? Or can it be customized depending on how many accounts are set up, etc.? Thanks in advance, CN

I have another quick question... I'm sure this can be done but wanted to make sure and also see if there are any extra fees for a setup like this. I have 2 domain names but just want to redirect one to the primary name so when domain2.com is entered, the website (domain1.com) will appear. Thanks in advance for your help! CN

Just to explain a little... My main reason for registering with GoDaddy is so I could go ahead and obtain the domain name(s) I wanted while I searched for a place to host them. I paid $8.95 for my domains and had I known who I would have been hosting with (in this case TCH) the extra $2 would not have deterred me. $10.95 for domain registration is still cheaper than most of the other hosts I checked out. Just another perspective for the TCH guys... Thanks, CN

Hello, I have heard great things about TCH and was referred by an existing customer. I have a couple of questions please: 1--I registered my domain name through GoDaddy.com and paid an additional fee for the private registration via Domains By Proxy. If I decided to change my registrar to TCH would the private registration via DBP still be vaild? 2--I saw instructions/information regarding the POP3 email accounts working with Outlook Express. I am guessing that it will work with MS Outlook as well but I want to be certain. Thanks in advance for your assistance! CN
