How To Retrieve Cpanel Log In Information

I cannot remember my cpanel log in information. I thought it might be the same as my ftp log in information but it's not....where can I retreive my log in information for my cpanel?

Its in your welcome e-mail

 

If you did not save it open a help ticket (support link at top of this page)

giving as much info as possible

for user and password use unknown

they will ask for details to prove who you are and can give you the info or resend your welcome e-mail.

 

It should be the same as your ftp login

www.yourdomain.ext/cpanel

then your ftp user name and password.

I have that...(looking round desk) somewhere here on cd but god knows where lol I did manage to log in ....I was adding one character too many to my username

there is a link to a password keeper

called anypassword that stores data in an encrypted file

you might find useful.
