I need my account to be canceled before December 1st when I will be billed for my next three months. TCH-Don Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 When you opened the ticket did you get an e-mail back with a link to check on the ticket to see if it has been looked at. If not check your spam or trash folders. you should always get an auto reply e-mail right away and you can use the link in it to check back to see the progress. Quote

Remember that billing is the busiest area and they can take longer to get through to. They also have a phone number to call if needed. Quote
