Deleting The Web Mail

I never use NeoMail, Horde, or SquirrelMail so all it does is take up space, space that would be better used somewhere else. How do I delete these programs?

You cannot delete the programs themselves as you are just using a shared copy as everyone else on the server unless you installed your own copy.
