How To Limit Ftp Disk Space?

Hi all,

 

I gave an FTP account to a friend to use for picture hosting, and would like to limit the disk space usage to make sure we have space for other needs. How do you do that? I looked in the FTP manager and didn't see anything relevant. Also did a search here and nothing came up.
