Transferring A Large Site

I'm moving over to tch from Bloghosts.com, who is ceasing operations.

 

I have been unable to access my control panel for months and have not received any help from the old host.

 

There are over four years of files and photos to transfer. Can you recommend the best way to do this?

 

MT files have been exported, that was the easy part. However without FTP or CPanel access, manually copying and moving thousands of photos, not to mention re-installation of all the 3rd party software is`daunting. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
