Hi all :(

 

I'm thinking about upgrading my package with TCH to the Deluxe Plan, I'm just wondering whats the procedure for this? Do I tell the Help Desk Billing / Customer Services or Sales department?

 

And would the difference of my upgrade fee be added on top of my bill for the year? (I have a yearly contract by the way)

Will it cost me the full $80 to upgrade? Or will I only have to pay the difference to the package I just payed for? And does having a yearly contract make a difference?

I'm just wondering something, the main reason I want an upgrade is for more bandwidth, is it possible to buy just bandwidth(or unmetered b/w) with the hosting package I have now?
