Maintaining Stored Webmail While Switching To Tch?

Hi! I've got a cpanel-based hosting account with another provider, and I'd like to make it so that when I switch the DNS servers from the old host to TCH, the mail stored on the POP server and/or in the webmail is kept the same -- so that it is as seamless as possible, as far as email is concerned.

 

Can I just create POP accounts on my TCH account and then copy the mail/neomail directories to do this, or is there something more that I need to consider?

If you open a help desk ticket with support and give them the information they can attempt to bring your account over. They would be the ones to ask. Sometimes they can bring your entire site over without incident and sometimes they can't.
