My account passwords seem to have been stolen and changed. When I try to login to cPanel / Webmail It tells me incorrect password.

 

I submitted a ticket, but the email it is going to be sent to is alan@z-c-r.com (The one on the semi-dedicated account.*One which was stolen, and now I cannot login to the email accounts*.

 

I know I have not changed them myself, and I have spyware / dataminers on my computer which I think is possible for someone to have gotten my passwords via that? Is that correct? Or maybe me not using the SSL login for cPanel/WHM?

Alan, you can use any email you want in the ticket, just supply it - you'll need to supply them with your phone number, name, and last 3 digits of CC so that they can verify everything. As you know. =)
