THE Olympic chief begins his speech to open the Olympic Games.

"Ooooooo! Ooooooo! Ooooooo! Ooooooo! Ooooooo!"

 

An aide comes over and whispers: "Mr Chief, those are the Olympic rings. Your speech is underneath."
