GroovyFish Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 I have a site that I recently updated (some changes within the last two weeks, some within the last day). I have multiple domains parked on this domain and if I type in the URL of these parked domains, they show the site before the changes. However the main URL does show the changes. I don't understand how that can happen. I know it isn't a cache problem because I just reformatted my computer over the weekend and I haven't visited these URLs since the reformat. What am I missing? TCH-Don Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 Could this be an ISP cache? Have you look from another computer on another ISP? That is all that I can think of that make sense. Quote
GroovyFish Posted July 9, 2004 Author Posted July 9, 2004 Thanks Don! I hadn't thought of that, so I just asked someone on a different ISP (and in a different state) and they are seeing the same thing I am (ie: no changes that I have made recently.) I guess I will enter a trouble ticket. Quote
hindixp Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 As parked domains access the same root (or DIR) you have done at the time of pointing. A better suggestion is to post one of your recent changes and watch if they accessible from a different ISP. Quote
GroovyFish Posted July 9, 2004 Author Posted July 9, 2004 Thanks! The Help Desk was able to fix the problem. (and extremely fast, as always ) Quote
