Did a search on the forums, didn't find anything, so I thought I'd post it.

Cutenews 1.3.1 is a real easy to use news script. It only took me about 15 minutes to install on existing pages without making major changes in layout! I'm not entirly sure how secure it is, but I havn't read anything suggesting that it isn't.

 

I'd recommend it if you want something simple, and don't want to go as far as something like Movable Type.
