Cron To Empty An Email Folder And Make A Backup

Hello,

 

I would like to know if there is a way to create a CRON which could backup an horde mail folder to another directory on my account, and then delete the 'backuped' emails to avoid reaching the email account quota.

 

Any suggestions? Info?
