Yesterday i received an email from Bill. Thank you by the way, i will respond the way you ask. ;) The sender line only said "Bill" nothing more.

Today when all those spammers are out there would it be possible to have sender line in emails from staff to say "Bill @ totalchoice" or something. Why i ask is because this email came to my isp email (which i think pretty many of us have as default adress). In my isp-inbox most emails are spam (about 90 %) so i almost took it as spam when previewing through poptray.

Ever wondered? Why "abbreviated" is such a long word

That's okay, Thomas. You can always abbr. it.

Probably one reason not to change is that the staff uses their email for more than just TCH. When they email friends they do not want their TCH title in their emails.

Now mine say Madman so I know mine get thrown out as spam all the time ;)

You can always set up a filter in your e-mail client

to put any e-mail from @totalchoicehosting.com

to a special folder

and a second filter to put forum e-mails

boards@totalchoicehosting.com to another folder.

Yes i can and have with forum posts, but my main concern when posting my question/idea was to see it is not spam on a earlier stage, like in poptray etc.

I have now found a setting for it in poptray, but i was also thinking about those who might not know there even is a setting for it in poptray and similar and also those who does not filter out their email (downloading all emails, looking for names they know and delete the rest), and after a long sentence i not puts . here...
