Set Subdomain Bandwidth And Disk Space Limit

I'm total choice's customer.

I'v created subdomain in cpanel and I give to other user ftp access to directory under this subdomain.

 

there is anyway to set limit of bandwidth and disk space to this directory?

I have tried to find a way to do it in cpanel but I'v not found.

However, if you are a reseller i think you could, but im not sure.
