the help desk was upgraded to a different software last month, and you should have received an email with a new suerid and password to use for the help desk -- different than your cpanel userid.

 

did you get that email?

I do have an email, it has the same login name and there is no password. It was sent on 1/30/03. I have also tried to retrieve the information by entering this login name and the email address it was sent to. It returns "Error Username does not exist".

 

I will send the contents the email to you.
