Also with the spam problems I have had with my older account, and now the problems getting into my new account, you guys need to find a solution to this quick or I WILL find another hosting option.

So, tonight I purchased a new domain name under an account I have had for quite some time. I Then tried to purchase a hosting plan to go with it with my current account but your website wouldn't let me so i created a new account for that. The problem I'm having is that I can't login to the new hosting account to setup the site, it is very frustrating. I have followed every link in the confirmation email but I still can't login to cpanel. So. what do I do now?

I'm having problems sending email from one of my email accounts, all the others work just fine. I'm using mail in OS X 10.6.2, this is the error I get: All my other emails accounts work just fine and have the same settings. What could be causing this? sometimes everything works fine, other times, like today, this account wont send at all. Thanks, John

I will be setting up an email account for my father soon and I would like him to be able to set his own password. I logged on to one of my accounts to see if it was possible but didn't find anything. Is there a way for him to do this without having to log on to CP? I would just go over to his house and do it through CP but we live several states away from each other. Thanks. BTW, I've been using my account mostly for Email and it has proven to be faster and more reliable than my Gmail and .Mac accounts. Great work guys!
