I am not a WEB pro I am just a client based in Brazil who is running 3 domains with TCH for several years. The first time one of my sites was attacked last wednesday and 3 main pages (online registration and admin edit) has been changed. So my webdesigner here in Brazil was unable to help so I asked TCH on the help desk for support and they fixed my site till today like it was 100% before and I really must say the service and support was very quick and professional. I do like this kind of support and even I got some info to do some PW changes on my cpanel by myself :-)
