Hello, I understand that semi-dedicated servers are more stable than the standard reseller and shared servers because they have fewer accounts on them. can you please explain this in more detail? Is there a limit to the number of accounts or are there other limitations that help improve the reliability? I'm interested in paying more not for more space but for more reliability and less downtime. Thanks! -sam

Hello, I just set up service with TCH. I'm concerned about a message I see from the backups pane of all my CPanel accounts: cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module. Can this be true? I'm a reseller and this is very concerning for me because it's critical for me to be able to retreive backups at any time I want. I believe in portability and if for some reason TCH is unable to meet my requirements in the future, I want to have the assurance of knowing that I can retrieve full backups to migrate to another Cpanel server if needed. Additionally, I routinely back up and restore databases using the Backup utility. Just feeling a bit confused and looking for clarification best, -Samantha
