Thank you What do you mean by semi-dedicated...I was about to make my order when i saw that term. What is the difference between semi-dedicated and dedicated?

SOrry i didnt know where to post this. I am considering getting a dedicated server here. 1. How can my administrators manage it. 2. How quick to set up the account. 3. Do you install custom software on behalf of clients. 4. Can i get a refund if I discover that I am unable to install my software on th server? Thanks.
