Hi, We are looking for an alternative to our current provider whose service is going downhill. Currently, we have 2 reseller accounts with our provider. And most of our customer accounts have a Joomla/MySQL setup. I know we can request for a Cpanel to Cpanel transfer of accounts to TotalChoice. Just wondering if we sign up for a reseller package: 1) how do we map our customer accounts to the different WHM packages 2) do we give you the reseller cpanel account or the cpanel account for each individual customer 3) do we need to followup any technical setups like db user accounts/permissions etc 4) How about existing emails? I suppose they will be lost? This is the first time we are switching our reseller accounts so we need to be prepared and hopefully will have the least amount of disruption to our customers.
