Hi I ordered a basic resellers hosting yesterday for my downhomehosting.com domain and I haven't heard anything yet. And I can't get in to fill out a help ticket since I haven't received my welcome email yet. Is there somewhere else I should go to to find out an update about my account? Thank you.
